its a week without sleep, not really cause you got 2-3-4 hours of sleep during hell WEEK. You got up to 96 hours without sleep until you start risking injury to yourself, ergo around 96 hours they put you to bed for 3 hours
Sorry Son, you didn't leave your BUD/S class number, mine was 131. My class slept twice for 15 minutes each time during Hell Week. It was intended to get students into a fast deep sleep and we were rudely awakened and back in the cold water losing many. Getting a few hours sleep may seem like something easy to you, but it's even worse than short periods of sleep. Risking injury? Our first evolution was Rock Portage.
