I’m a retired Navy SEAL, my Son is a Navy SEAL, all my friends are Navy SEALs, all our Training Instructors are Navy SEALs, and when you get through BUD/S Training in the Navy, you'll be stationed in San Diego or "here" in Norfolk, Virginia at a SEAL Team.
I work MY ASS OFF to show you guys, younger or older, what Navy SEAL Training and BUD/S Training are like. I keep the prices as LOW as possible, and provide SEAL Training here that is only second to actual SEAL Training in the Navy. Guys come here to better themselves through adversity, they come here to “WIN.” Nobody pays for a course to lose or feel bad about themselves, nobody comes here to take last place, get embarrassed, or be humiliated. There is NEVER a good reason to lower someone’s self esteem or confidence. There is NEVER a good reason to destroy someone’s dreams.
Running a “Proper” training course requires skill, YEARS of experience, and die-hard motivation to get it right and show guys what SEAL Training in the Navy really like.

Cammie your face, move quietly to your target, place the Sniper’s, block exit routes to prevent your opponents escape, hit hard, hit fast then get off the target quickly and disappear into the night. Attack them when they least expect it, approach from an area they aren’t watching, do what they aren’t prepared for. You’ll also receive in-depth Combat Survival skills training from fire starting, survival fishing, and shelters. Wednesday you’ll insert for the "SURVIVE EX” via Zodiac boats, survive on food you’ll forage for and sleep in a shelter your "Fire Team" built. Survive, Move, Fight... Platoon Training is never conducted inside; our classrooms and practical work for the course are in the thick swamps and dense forests of Virginia. You’ll receive in-depth Combat Weapons training that includes 10 different combat style sniper rifles, pistols, shotguns and you’ll also run live fire Pointman and Shotgun Courses during the stressful day. The course concludes with “Live Fire” Sniper Shooting from a FAST moving Helicopter in the morning, and the afternoon is spent doing various methods of Rappelling and Fastrope Training on our new 50’ Rappel Tower. AOT concentrates on “Close Quarter Combat,” advanced live fire shooting, advanced Helicopter Sniping, and advanced rope work from the rappel tower. Trainees also spend quality time in a local pool learning underwater knot tying, closely supervised breath holding and drown proofing drills, and combat sidestroke training in preparation for BUD/S. The “Targets” trainees assault during AOT are conducted each night and conclude with a 27 hour exercise of multiple “Hits,” and ambushes of a numerically superior force of “Booger Eaters” determined to stop you. The AOT version of “Hell Night” begins Monday at midnight and is completely different from our standard “Hell Night.” One foot in front of the other for trainees… just when you think it’s over, all Hell breaks loose again… and again… and again…

Our courses are for guys who want an edge. No need to be a superman, just be a team player. Typical training day here: Morning PT, get fed, watered, train your ass off for a tough night mission.
