Attending the "Advanced Course" at Extreme SEAL Experience, trainees can expect plenty of PAIN. Painful heat... Painful cold... Painful physical evolutions... and SEAL Instructors who enjoy dishing out plenty of the suffering associated with being a Navy SEAL.
This course, outside of the intense "Pressure to Perform" and the intense "Complete the Mission" mindset, is designed for guys to succeed. YOU JUST HAVE TO WANT TO WIN...
Not a "Set in Stone" typical jerk-off course run by many companies.
Not a bunch of classroom lectures designed to waste time.
Not a bunch of overly cautious and timidly run Boy Scout evolutions.
Not a bunch of unorganized idiot instructors teaching a bunch of BULLSHIT.
The "Very Best" begins here, and it ends here and you have my word and guarantee on that...
I don't run a Physical Training course as I have plenty of better things to do than long beach runs and swims as they just waist time. You'll do plenty of SEAL Style PT here, but not "over the top" hours worth each day.
We want guys to have fun and learn here as well as being challenged; we don't run Marine Corps Boot camp with screaming Instructors and trainees "Goose Stepping" around.
Some guys idea of a vacation is to challenge and push themselves; to see what they're made of. If that’s you... Then read on...
The below schedule is as "Flexible" as the paper it's written on. We adjust for severe weather and go to "Plan B"; sunrise and sunset times change throughout the year and "Murphy's Law" always applies as he becomes a constant companion through the week and it takes a "Team Effort" from instructors and students alike to pull-off this dynamic training.
You'll hear me constantly saying "Let's get it Done" throughout the week.
"Lets..." as in "Let's get it Done" means all of us and we are in this together...
