Week of Hell Route... 100-miles... Good Luck... |
Week of Hell words to heed. |
The "WEEK OF HELL" at Extreme SEAL Experience ranks among the TOUGHEST challenges in the World. 5.5 days of constant physical exercise, long-distance movement, unparalleled mental stress and complete bodily exhaustion; The worst part, just like Navy SEAL BUD/S Training Hell Week, is you'll never be able to share your experience with anyone except the guys you did it with…
No one else will understand… It's "Inner Pride."
NO Corporate Sponsors…
No Flags or Banners at the Finish Line…
No Cheering Crowds…
No one to take care of you except your Teammates… It's Teamwork that will get you through…
Just like Hell Week in BUD/S/SEAL Training, the "Week of Hell" is a Pass/Fail Evolution meaning you either finish 5.5 days later or you don't… It's all about how Mentally Tough you are... Quiting is easy, staying is the hard part...
In 5.5 days… Trainees can expect 4-meals a day, a 100-mile boat paddle, over 30-miles of running, over 10-miles of swimming, long-distance navigation both Land/Water, endless hours of organized physical training and EXTREME "Pressure to Perform" under brutally adverse conditions…
The best part of this Challenge is seeing the sun rise each morning, the worst part is seeing it set each night...
Insanely TOUGH, the Week of Hell CAN be accomplished by the average guy with "Above Average" Mental Strength… You just have to want it…
