Pull ups  from HELL…

 

Pull-ups are one of those things you have to practice often but if you don’t use good form you might as well not be doing them at all. Focus on perfect form every rep on all these exercises and you will see the results you want.

 

Nobody gives a shit if you can Cross Fat (Cross Fit) kip 25 pull-ups, but you can dead hang 10.

 

Dead hang pull-ups are all that matters.

 

2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 regular grip

2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 reverse grip

2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 close grip

2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 wide grip

2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 towel pull-ups
