LOL, love the story with the stop sign. BTW, read the article in Mens Health. That tat on your son's leg is badass (I personally wouldnt get a tat that big, but it looks cool as sh*t) The guy in the background had a cool looking one too but you cant see it in as much detail.

Thanks for the tips Sir!!!! I dont have anywhere to swim here (until the summer)... but im on the track and cross country team and love it!!!! ive been wanting to become a seal since i was 10 years old and i cant wait till BUD/s, other than the pain i think it will be pretty fun...

What a small world, you're probably one of the SEAL's that rescued one of my Police Academy class mate, John Pritchard. He was in the Peace Corp after graduating from Cornell University, and was stuck in Liberia during that time. Great web site and company, I might make it up there one of these days to try it out. I have a very good friend who was a former SEAL. His name is Paul Plumb, who knows, you probably know him, or not. I had also met several great guys during one of my Trips in Coronado, Rick Rogers, William 'Bill" Shepherd and Adm. Tom Richards. Take care and if you make it up here in the Napa Valley, let me know.

I'll definitely be taking these tips into consideration so I can physically prepare for BUD/S, I'm a little too young for you're training program right now but I'll be 16 in January.
