except not alot of people drop out in the first 24 hoursof buds hell week, it takes days of sleep deprivation. you cant do anything in 24 hours.
 
In Navy SEAL Hell Week, most guys quit in the first two days, and I don't know of anyone who has quit after Wednesday (The third day) of Hell Week.
Sleep Deprivation is one of the easiest things to deal with in BUDS.
It is the constant physical beating that pushes guys over the edge and being so cold.
 
My course shows guys what Hell Week is like, and 24-hours is more than enough.
 
Guys have trouble here, but not from staying awake for 24-hours.
Staying awake is the easy part...
