HALO HAHO FEAR OF HEIGHTS

Re: Re: Hey Don! -Jumping
Thanks for the reply Don,

The HALO/HAHO part of being a SEAL is a big intimidation for me, and I wouldn't want to screw up and fail at that point of training. I liked your video on being afraid vs. being scared. I'm trying to get out of the "scared" zone, and into the healthy fear zone.

I'll have to give ya a call soon. I can't stand watching all these videos of guys having so much fun. Haha. Thanks again for ESE.

Re: Re: Hey Don! -Jumping

Lots of guys have what you have, and I ain't wild about heights and jumping myself...

That said...I jumped over 700 times as a SEAL...

You'll be fine, and you can begin training yourself to cope with that fear "NOW," by not worrying about something (Jumping) that is in the future...

Too many guys worry about all kinds of shit long before they'll ever do it... The problem with that is they are already FAILING by letting fear build up.

Start telling yourself each time it pops in your head, "FUCK, I'M STUPID, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT," and do a set of push-ups...

Let me know how it works... Don
